Product Overview
The Q-L series explosion-proof straight stroke electric actuator belongs to the explosion-proof straight stroke electric drive device, which outputs linear displacement and is specially matched with single seat regulating valves, sleeve regulating valves, gate valves and other straight stroke valves. The whole machine integrates explosion-proof motor, precision screw drive mechanism, intelligent control module, valve position acquisition unit, and manual emergency operation mechanism. It can receive DC4~20mA analog adjustment signal or switch contact signal to achieve continuous flow regulation or two position switch control of the regulating valve. The whole machine has explosion-proof qualifications and is suitable for hazardous working conditions containing flammable and explosive gas media. It is widely used in automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical, gas, coal chemical, fine chemical, environmental protection desulfurization and denitrification.

Structural Composition
1. Explosion proof intelligent control unit
Integrated explosion-proof control chamber, equipped with a main control circuit board and valve position acquisition components, and the shell is equipped with operation warning labels and CE markings; Valve stroke calibration and parameter configuration can be completed on-site, and the LCD screen displays the valve position opening and equipment operation status in real time, supporting local/remote control mode switching.

2. Explosion proof drive motor and screw drive assembly
A dedicated explosion-proof motor, coupled with a high-precision screw drive mechanism, converts the motor's rotational motion into stable linear thrust output. The thrust specifications cover multiple gears, ensuring smooth transmission and strong load-bearing capacity, which can meet the load requirements of various linear stroke control valves.

3. Manual emergency operation mechanism
Equipped with a black handwheel and operating handle, the actuator push rod can be manually driven to lift and lower in case of power failure or control system malfunction, for on-site maintenance and emergency operation; Equipped with a manual/electric switching mechanism, the switching operation is simple and reliable.

4. Valve position sensing feedback component
High precision position sensors collect real-time push rod travel, output standard DC4~20mA valve position feedback signals, and transmit them back to the DCS central control system to form a closed-loop regulation loop, ensuring accurate positioning of the regulating valve.

5. Multiple security protection modules
Built in thrust overload protection, travel limit protection, and motor overheating protection. When the output thrust exceeds the set threshold, the actuator automatically stops; The push rod automatically cuts off the motor power when it reaches the fully open and fully closed limit positions, protecting the actuator and regulating valve body from overload damage.

6. Explosion proof shell and straight stroke bracket assembly
High strength aluminum alloy explosion-proof shell, surface anti-corrosion coating, shell joint surface meets explosion-proof requirements; Equipped with stainless steel guide rod bracket and bottom mounting flange, the structure has strong rigidity and stable installation; Independently sealed wiring chamber, cables use sealed joints to prevent flammable and explosive media from entering the chamber.

7. Output push rod component
Stainless steel push rod, paired with a guide bracket, ensures vertical linear movement of the push rod, effectively counteracts lateral forces, prevents push rod jamming, and is compatible with regulating valve stem connections.
