Product Overview
The M series multi turn electric actuator is an intelligent multi turn electric drive device suitable for valves such as gate valves, globe valves, and plunger valves that require multiple turns of rotation for opening and closing. It can achieve remote automatic control and local manual operation of valves. The product is divided into ordinary and explosion-proof types, with dual protection of torque and stroke, modular intelligent control unit, which can control or continuously adjust the on/off, pressure, and liquid level of pipeline media. It is widely used in pipeline self-control systems in power plants, water treatment, oil and gas, heating, chemical and other industries.

Structural Composition
1. Intelligent control unit
Integrated intelligent control module, equipped with LCD display screen/status indicator light, can display valve opening, operating status, and fault codes in real time; The panel is equipped with local operation buttons, supporting local/remote control switching, and can complete torque setting and stroke calibration on site. Modbus, Profibus, HART and other fieldbus communication options are available for easy access to DCS and PLC control systems.

2. Drive motor and reduction transmission assembly

When the valve is stuck or the load exceeds the set torque, the actuator immediately stops outputting; The valve reaches the fully open and fully closed positions, triggering the travel limit stop; The motor automatically cuts off power when it exceeds the temperature limit, providing comprehensive protection for the valve and actuator body.

6. Shell structure
