Product Overview
High frequency pneumatic actuator, belonging to the direct coupled fork type heavy-duty pneumatic drive device, adopts a single cylinder fork transmission structure, integrates a lateral push rod output structure, uses clean and dry compressed air as the power medium, and can achieve linear and angular stroke composite drive. The product has fast response speed, high frequency of action, and excellent fatigue resistance. It is specially adapted for straight stroke/angular stroke valves that require frequent and rapid opening and closing. It is widely used in high-frequency switching process conditions such as chemical, coal chemical, oil and gas storage and transportation, dust removal and environmental protection.

Structural Composition
1. Cylinder assembly
High strength cast steel cylinder body, precision honing treatment on the inner wall, low friction resistance, supports long-term high-frequency reciprocating motion; The cylinder body is fastened by stainless steel tie rods and flange end caps, with strong overall rigidity, anti vibration, and long-term cyclic action that is not easy to loosen; The cylinder body is reserved with a standard air source interface to ensure smooth intake and exhaust, and to ensure quick opening and closing response.

2. Forklift transmission box
Cast steel integrated fork box, with internal fork and pin shaft subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment, resistant to impact and fatigue. The linear motion of the piston is converted into rotational torque through a shift fork mechanism, and an external threaded push rod is integrated to meet the requirements of linear drive. The fork has variable torque characteristics, outputting peak torque at the moment of valve opening and closing, overcoming high pressure differential starting torque; A valve position installation shaft is installed at the top of the box, which can be equipped with accessories such as valve position feedback and locator.

3. External adjustable mechanical limit component
The box is equipped with an external limit adjustment structure, which can accurately limit the stroke and rotation angle of the push rod. 4. Push rod output end
