Product Overview
The GT series angular stroke pneumatic actuator is a gear rack type pneumatic drive device, which adopts a dual piston gear tooth strip transmission structure and outputs a 90 ° angular stroke. It is mainly matched with angular stroke valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves to achieve on/off control of pipeline media. It is divided into two types: double acting and single acting (spring reset). 1. Aluminum alloy cylinder assembly

2. Double piston gear rack transmission mechanism
The cylinder body is symmetrically arranged with double pistons, which are connected to a rack and precisely mesh with the central output gear, converting the linear reciprocating motion of the pistons into a 90 ° rotation of the output shaft.
Double function: alternate intake of air from both sides of the valve to achieve full open and full close action of the valve;

3. Output shaft and limit adjustment component
