Product Overview
The FYW type unobstructed submersible sewage pump is a vertical submersible sewage pump, belonging to a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The motor is installed above the liquid level, and the pump body and impeller are immersed in the medium pool without the need for a bottom valve, with good self-priming performance. This pump adopts a non clogging impeller structure, which can transport sewage and wastewater containing solid particles and fiber debris. The flow passage components can be made of stainless steel material, taking into account corrosion resistance. It is widely used in municipal sewage, chemical industry, environmental protection, factory sewage and other scenarios. The underwater length can be customized according to the depth of the pool, and it adopts a flat suspension installation with simple assembly.

Structural Composition
1. Vertical drive motor
Top mounted vertical three-phase asynchronous motor, dry-type installed above the liquid level, the medium will not come into contact with the motor, effectively preventing the motor from being damaged by water ingress; Install lifting rings for easy lifting and maintenance, and choose explosion-proof motors as needed.

2. Install base plate
Square installation flat plate, directly fixed on the water tank cover plate, bearing the weight of the whole machine, achieving suspended installation without the need for complex underground foundations.

3. Extend the transmission shaft and protective tube
The middle support tube protects the transmission shaft, and support bearings are installed inside the tube. The underwater depth can be customized according to the working conditions to ensure stable operation of the long shaft and reduce swinging and vibration.

4. Non clogging impeller and pump body
Adopting a non clogging impeller structure, it is resistant to entanglement and has strong passability, allowing for smooth passage of fibers and solid debris; The pump body can be made of 304/316 stainless steel casting, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for corrosive sewage media.

5. Water outlet bend pipe component
Lateral outlet pipeline, flange connection, convenient for external pipeline connection, lifting and transporting the medium from the liquid to the designated location.

6. Bottom inlet filter screen
The lower end of the pump is equipped with a water inlet grille to intercept large hard debris, prevent them from directly impacting the impeller, and reduce the risk of pump jamming.
