Product Overview
The A48Y series is a fully open safety valve with a wrench spring. C represents WCB carbon steel valve body, P represents 304 stainless steel valve body, and R represents 316L stainless steel valve body. The nominal pressure covers PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, and PN100. Fully open structure, when the medium pressure reaches the set pressure, the valve disc opens significantly in one go, instantly releasing a large amount of medium for rapid pressure relief; The pressure drops to the reseating pressure and automatically shuts off. External manual lifting wrench, which can test valve action on site, is mainly used for overpressure protection of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and other gas media such as steam and air. It is the most commonly used safety relief device in thermal systems.

Installation And Usage Precautions
1. The safety valve must be installed vertically upwards and must not be tilted or inverted;

2. The inlet pipeline is short and straight, and it is strictly prohibited to install shut-off valves in the inlet pipeline; Lead the outlet pipeline to a safe outdoor location and ensure proper drainage;

3. Regularly calibrate the set pressure according to special equipment specifications, and only after passing the calibration can it be put into operation;

4. The wrench is only used for regular action testing and cannot be used as a routine pressure relief operation;

5. Attention should be paid to pipeline drainage in steam conditions to prevent water hammer from damaging the sealing surface;

6. Unauthorized rotation of the adjusting screw to modify the set pressure is strictly prohibited;

7. Regular inspections are conducted to prevent rust and impurities from entering the valve chamber, causing damage to the sealing surface and leakage.
