Product Overview
Q41F is a manual flange straight through ball valve with a floating ball structure and handle operation (large diameter can be equipped with a worm gear reduction mechanism). Relying on the 90 ° rotation of the sphere to achieve full opening and full closing of the valve, it opens and closes quickly, has low flow resistance, and reliable sealing performance. It is used for on/off control of pipeline media and generally does not require throttling adjustment. The valve body can be made of WCB cast steel or 304/316 stainless steel, suitable for working conditions with water, oil, gas, and some corrosive media.

Structural Composition
Mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, floating ball body, PTFE valve seat seal, valve stem, handle (large diameter with worm gear box and handwheel), flange connection end, and packing components
1. Valve body: WCB carbon steel suitable for water, steam, and oil products; 304/316 stainless steel is suitable for weak acid, alkali, and corrosive media;
2. Sphere: Solid sphere with high precision, polished surface, ensuring sealing;
3. Sealing pair: F represents PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal, with excellent sealing performance and low friction coefficient;
4. Valve stem: anti blowout structural design to enhance operational safety;
5. Flange connection, easy disassembly and maintenance.
