Product Overview
The Q47F fixed ball valve adopts a fixed ball and floating seat structure, equipped with a worm gear reduction manual drive, and relies on the 90 ° rotation of the ball to achieve the cutting and connection of the pipeline medium. The sphere is equipped with support shafts above and below, which bear the pressure of the medium and greatly reduce the operating torque, suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure working conditions. The valve seat adopts PTFE soft seal, which has excellent bi-directional sealing performance and is widely used in industrial pipeline systems such as petroleum, chemical, gas, power plants, etc. It is only used for on/off purposes and is generally not used for throttling.

Structural Composition
Composed of valve body, valve cover, fixed ball, upper and lower valve stem support shafts, floating valve seat, PTFE sealing ring, worm gear reduction mechanism, handwheel, flange, packing component, and relief valve
1. Valve body: mainly made of WCB cast steel, 304/316 stainless steel can also be selected as needed, with strong rigidity and high pressure bearing capacity;

2. Sphere: Fixed support structure, medium pressure is borne by upper and lower bearings, and the valve stem is not subjected to medium thrust;

3. Sealing pair: F represents PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene soft seal, with reliable sealing and low friction coefficient;

4. Drive components: worm gear reduction mechanism, handwheel operation, easy to operate under large diameters;

5. The bottom is equipped with a drainage/release interface, which can discharge the accumulated liquid in the valve chamber.
