Product Overview
DINKONDA GLOBAL wide channel plate heat exchanger plates are heat exchange core components specially developed for medium conditions containing particles, high viscosity, and easy scaling. They are suitable for detachable plate wide channel heat exchangers and adopt a special widened herringbone corrugated channel design. The gap between the medium channels is much larger than that of ordinary plate plates, effectively avoiding impurity accumulation and blockage. They are widely used in heat exchange processes such as papermaking, chemical industry, sewage treatment, sugar production, mineral slurry, etc. They are assembled with sealing gaskets to form a complete set of wide channel plate heat exchanger equipment.

Structural Composition
1. Plate body: Stamped heat exchange body, specially widened ripples to increase the medium flow gap; Set up medium circulation holes at the four corners to ensure the diversion of cold and hot media.

2. Ripple heat transfer zone: Non dense wide channel corrugations enhance turbulence disturbance, balancing heat transfer efficiency and anti clogging ability.

3. Sealing groove: The plate is surrounded by a stamped sealing groove, which is used to install rubber sealing gaskets, achieve medium isolation, and prevent liquid leakage.

4. Positioning buckle: The upper and lower end positioning buckles of the plate are used to hang on the guide rod of the heat exchanger frame to ensure the alignment and assembly of the plate.

1. Strong anti blocking ability: Widening the medium flow channel can significantly reduce the risk of channel sedimentation, scaling, and blockage through media containing particles, fibers, and suspended solids, without the need for frequent disassembly and cleaning.

2. Excellent heat transfer performance: The special corrugated structure promotes the formation of strong turbulence in the medium, even in large gap flow channels, maintaining a high heat transfer coefficient and better heat transfer efficiency than shell and tube heat exchangers.

3. Rich material options: standard materials 304, 316L stainless steel; Customizable titanium plates, 254SMO, Hastelloy alloys, etc., suitable for strong corrosive media. The thickness of the board can be selected from 0.6-1.0mm.

4. Easy disassembly and maintenance: It belongs to a detachable plate structure, which can be disassembled in the later stage for plate washing and replacement, with low maintenance costs.

5. Wide adaptability to working conditions: compatible with high and low temperatures, able to withstand standard plate heat exchanger pressure levels; Flexibly adjust the heat transfer area by increasing or decreasing the number of plates.

6. Uniform fluid distribution: With a four corner guide hole and guide zone structure, the medium is evenly distributed throughout the entire heat exchange plate surface, eliminating local dead zones and reducing scale deposition.
