Product Overview
This plate is produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL and is a domestically produced replacement plate for Vicarb plate heat exchangers. It fully matches the frame size, flow channel ripple, and opening position of the corresponding Vicarb model, and can be directly replaced with the original plate without changing the installation position of the heat exchanger frame, clamping bolts, and sealing gaskets. The plate adopts a herringbone stamped corrugated structure as the core heat exchange element of the detachable plate heat exchanger, which is widely used in heating, chemical, HVAC, food, metallurgy and other cold and hot medium heat exchange conditions, achieving the localization and cost reduction of imported equipment accessories.

Structural Composition
1. Plate body: precision stamped metal heat exchange thin plate, with an overall herringbone corrugated heat exchange area, fully replicating the original Vicat wave angle and depth to ensure the heat transfer coefficient is consistent with the original.

2. Four corner medium through holes: There are four sets of medium flow holes on top and bottom, with hole diameter, hole spacing, and positioning dimensions exactly the same as the original Vicobo plate, ensuring matching of medium distribution channels.

3. Sealing groove: The outer periphery of the plate is stamped with a sealing groove, which is directly compatible with the original Vicobo rubber sealing gasket. The gasket does not need to be re purchased.

4. Hanging positioning buckle: The upper and lower positioning buckles of the board are compatible with the original equipment guide rod, and the alignment and stacking methods of the board during assembly are fully compatible with imported boards.

5. Diversion zone: Four corner holes are matched with diversion ripples to evenly distribute fluid into the main heat exchange zone, eliminating flow dead zones.

1. Fully compatible replacement: The external dimensions, ripple parameters, openings, hooks, and sealing grooves are 1:1 compared to the original Vicobo plates. Old equipment can be retrofitted and spare parts can be replaced directly on the machine without modifying the heat exchanger body.

2. Efficient heat transfer performance: Standard herringbone corrugations enhance fluid turbulence, reduce boundary thermal resistance, and achieve heat transfer efficiency equivalent to that of imported plates.

3. Rich material selection, suitable for different corrosion conditions:
304 stainless steel: HVAC, heating, ordinary cooling water;
316L stainless steel: chemical water, mild corrosive medium;
TA1 titanium plate, 254SMO, Hastelloy alloy: seawater, strongly corrosive chemical media.
The thickness of the plate can be selected from 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, and 1.0mm, taking into account both pressure bearing capacity and heat transfer efficiency. Thickened plates can be selected for wear conditions.

4. Strong universality of maintenance: using the original Vicobo gasket, the disassembly and assembly process remains unchanged; Damaged individual pieces can be replaced separately without the need for a complete replacement, significantly reducing the procurement cycle and cost of imported spare parts.

5. Good adaptability to pressure and temperature: Suitable for the original equipment design pressure and temperature levels, meeting conventional industrial heat exchange conditions.
