Product Overview
This plate and shell heat exchanger plate bundle is the core heat exchange component of the plate and shell heat exchanger. It is made of circular corrugated plates made of various corrosion-resistant alloy materials such as stainless steel, duplex steel, and Hastelloy, which are assembled and formed by laser welding technology. It abandons the traditional rubber gasket sealing structure of plate heat exchangers and belongs to the fully welded gasket free heat exchanger core. It is widely suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion, and solves the equipment failure problem caused by gasket aging and failure from the root.

Structural Composition
The entire plate bundle consists of multiple precision pressed circular corrugated heat exchange plates stacked and combined. Laser welding is used between the plates to achieve complete sealing between the periphery and the flow channel, forming independent cold and hot medium flow channels; The plate is pressed with exclusive heat transfer ripples to enhance fluid turbulence. Medium flow openings are set at both ends to achieve sufficient heat transfer between the two media. The overall structure is a cylindrical integrated plate bundle, which can be directly installed inside the heat exchanger shell for assembly.

Strong working condition tolerance: Free from the temperature and pressure limitations of rubber gaskets, it can withstand higher working pressures and temperatures, making up for the shortcomings of gasket plate heat exchangers that cannot be used in high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
