Product Overview
The SF123 series plates are the core heat exchange components of the gasket type plate heat exchanger, which are integrally formed using high-precision stamping technology and are compatible with the overall frame of the SF123 machine. They belong to the universal and efficient heat exchange plates. The board adopts a herringbone composite corrugated structure, which balances heat transfer efficiency and pressure bearing capacity. It can flexibly select various corrosion-resistant metal materials and is widely used in most conventional cold and heat exchange conditions such as HVAC, chemical, light industry, metallurgy, etc. It can achieve various process functions such as heating, cooling, condensation, and waste heat recovery.

Structural Composition
The board has a standard rectangular shape with medium flow holes at the four corners. A complete sealing strip slot is set around the board for installing rubber gaskets to achieve medium sealing; The central heat exchange zone adopts a staggered herringbone corrugated configuration, with flow distribution zones set up above and below to ensure uniform distribution of the medium throughout the entire heat exchange surface; There are positioning hooks on both sides of the plate, which can be hung on the compression crossbeam of the heat exchanger. Multiple plates are alternately stacked in A/B order to form a flow channel separating the cold and hot media from each other. We can provide various types of plates such as 304, 316L stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel, titanium, etc.
