Product Overview
The SF160 series plates are the core stamped heat exchange components of the gasket plate heat exchanger, compatible with the overall frame of the SF160 machine. They are universal plates with large heat exchange areas and are formed by high-precision molds through integrated stamping. The plate adopts a reinforced herringbone corrugated configuration, which ensures high heat transfer efficiency while having excellent pressure bearing capacity. It can be matched with various corrosion-resistant metal substrates and is widely used in heating, cooling, condensation, and waste heat recovery processes in industries such as HVAC, power plant auxiliary equipment, chemical, metallurgical, and food. It can meet the heat transfer needs of medium and large flow conditions.

Structural Composition
The overall structure of the board is a large-sized rectangular structure, with large-diameter medium circulation holes set at the four corners to ensure the circulation of high flow medium; The outer edge of the board is equipped with a complete sealing gasket slot, which is used to fix the rubber sealing gasket and achieve cold and hot medium isolation sealing; The central heat exchange zone is a herringbone corrugated heat exchange surface, with fluid flow distribution zones set at the upper and lower ends to evenly distribute the medium throughout the entire heat exchange zone; The positioning hanging ear structure is designed on both sides of the plate, which can be hung on the compression crossbeam of the heat exchanger. During operation, A and B plates are alternately stacked to form mutually isolated cold and hot medium flow channels. 304, 316L stainless steel, 2205/2507 duplex steel, titanium and other sheet materials can be selected for processing.
