Product Overview
This series of fully welded plate heat exchangers is produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL.  The heat exchange plates are formed by laser welding and have a structure without rubber gaskets. The whole machine is a vertical structure with a stainless steel plate heat exchange core. Multiple sets of tension bolts are arranged on the side, and process pipe openings with blue flange protection covers are arranged on the upper, lower, and lateral sides. The bottom is equipped with vertical steel support legs.
The product combines the advantages of efficient heat transfer of plate heat exchangers and temperature and pressure resistance of shell and tube heat exchangers, completely avoiding gasket aging and leakage problems. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive medium heat exchange conditions and widely used in process systems such as chemical, petroleum, coal chemical, power, metallurgy, and waste heat recovery.

Structural Composition
1. Laser welding heat exchange core
The corrugated plate group adopts continuous laser welding, and all cold and hot medium flow channels are welded and sealed without using rubber sealing gaskets. The plate materials can be SUS304, SUS316L, titanium TA1, or Hastelloy alloy; Ripple channels enhance fluid turbulence and significantly improve heat transfer efficiency; The welded core is an integral component and cannot be disassembled.

2. Stainless steel collector head and flange interface
The equipment is equipped with multiple sets of process flange pipe openings, and the flanges are equipped with blue protective blind covers, distributed on the upper, side, and bottom of the equipment; Adopting the national standard flange, it can meet various pipeline layout forms, with uniform medium distribution and low flow resistance.

3. Frame and Tightening Bolt Components
Multiple sets of horizontal tension bolts are arranged on both sides of the equipment to clamp and protect the welding core; All equipment sealing is achieved through plate laser welding, and tightening bolts does not provide sealing function; The external frame and tensioning bolt components are detachable, making it easy to visually inspect the outer wall of the core.

4. Vertical steel support legs
Multiple independent steel vertical support legs, with high overall structural rigidity, can withstand the load of the whole machine. The bottom plate of the support legs is reserved with anchor bolt holes, which can be directly fixed and installed on the ground, effectively reducing equipment operation vibration and meeting the vertical installation conditions of industrial sites.

Removing rubber gaskets eliminates the limitations of gasket temperature and chemical corrosion resistance, preventing gasket aging, swelling, and leakage. It can be used for heat exchange in high temperature and high pressure, organic solvents, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive media.

2. Multi port layout, flexible pipeline adaptation
Multi directional flange interfaces are set up in the upper, side, and lower directions, allowing for flexible selection of medium inlet and outlet directions according to the process flow, and adapting to complex process pipeline layouts.

3. High heat exchange efficiency and compact equipment
The corrugated plate creates strong turbulence in the fluid, with a much higher heat transfer coefficient than traditional shell and tube heat exchangers. Under the same heat transfer load, the equipment volume is smaller, saving factory space.

4. Laser welding process, stable and reliable operation
Continuous laser welding has small deformation and high strength, and can withstand temperature fluctuations and system pressure fluctuations.

5. The outer frame is detachable and easy to maintain
External tightening bolts and detachable frame for easy inspection of the outer surface of the core body; The internal welding core cannot be disassembled, and chemical circulation cleaning is used for blockage.

The plate and collector head support customization of stainless steel, titanium, and Hastelloy, and are suitable for working conditions in salt chemical and highly corrosive chemical media.
