Product Overview
The straight pipe pressure balance compensator belongs to the pressure balance type bellows expansion joint, mainly used for straight pipe sections to absorb axial thermal displacement of the pipeline, and at the same time, it balances the huge blind plate thrust generated by the medium pressure, eliminating the internal pressure thrust load borne by the fixed bracket. The product consists of a working corrugated pipe, a balancing corrugated pipe, an intermediate cylinder, a pressure bearing large pull rod component, two end connecting pipes, and a limit ring plate. It is suitable for steam and thermal long-distance buried/overhead straight pipelines, without the need for a main fixed bracket that can withstand huge blind plate forces, greatly reducing the cost of pipeline brackets.

Structural Composition
1. Working bellows: stainless steel bellows components, absorbing axial thermal expansion displacement of the pipeline, made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel such as 304/316L.

2. Balanced bellows: Matching with the parameters of the working bellows, relying on the medium pressure to counteract the internal pressure thrust generated by the working bellows.

3. Intermediate cylinder: a pressure bearing connected cylinder that connects the working end and the equilibrium end, allowing for internal circulation of the medium.

4. Large pull rod assembly: high-strength pull rod, adjusting nut, limit ring plate, transmitting pressure thrust, limiting maximum compensation amount, and protecting the bellows from exceeding the range deformation.

5. Two end connection: butt welded connection, directly welded to the process pipeline.

6. Transport limit bolt: factory assembled, only used for transportation protection, must be removed before the system is put into operation.

Product Features
1. It only absorbs axial displacement and not lateral displacement, suitable for straight pipe sections and cannot be used for lateral compensation of elbows.

2. Equipped with pressure balancing function, the blind plate thrust generated by the medium is offset by the pull rod and the balance corrugated pipe inside. The pipeline fixed support does not need to bear internal pressure thrust, simplifying the support structure and reducing infrastructure costs.

3. Two sets of corrugated pipes with matched parameters, pressure self balancing, stable operation, and excellent fatigue resistance.

4. The overall carbon steel components are coated with anti-corrosion coating, which can adapt to various laying conditions such as overhead, pipe trench, and direct burial.

5. Large specification range, DN100-DN3000 can be customized non-standard, pressure PN0.6-4.0MPa.

6. Setting up a limit ring structure can limit the maximum compensation displacement and prevent damage to the corrugated pipe due to excessive displacement.
