Product Overview
This rectangular non-metallic compensator is a flexible compensation component specifically designed for square flue ducts and hot air ventilation pipelines. It is composed of a high-temperature resistant composite skin, a rectangular carbon steel flange frame, a limit rod, and an internal guide tube. Mainly used to absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, release pipeline thermal stress, buffer vibration transmitted by fans and equipment, compensate for pipeline installation deviations, reduce pipeline noise, widely used in various square flue gas, hot air, and dust removal pipeline systems.

Structural Composition
1. Non metallic skin: multi-layer composite high temperature resistant fabric skin. The pink high temperature skin in the figure has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, aging resistance and good flexibility. It is the core component to realize multi-directional displacement compensation and can resist the erosion of smoke and hot air media.

2. Rectangular carbon steel flange frame: Q235 carbon steel welded rectangular flange, with anti-corrosion paint on the surface, evenly spaced bolt holes around the flange for easy connection with square pipeline flanges, and strong overall rigidity of the frame.

3. Limit rod assembly: Multiple sets of metal rods, lifting ears, and locking nuts are used to limit the maximum tension of the compensator, prevent excessive pulling and damage to the skin, and withstand the pressure and thrust of the pipeline.

4.Internal guide tube: Built in metal guide tube with medium flow direction identification, blocking direct erosion of the skin by high-temperature medium, reducing wind resistance, effectively protecting the skin, and extending its service life.

5. Pressure plate sealing fastener: The pressure plate and bolt edge pressing structure press and fix the skin tightly to ensure a tight seal at the joint between the flange and the skin, avoiding smoke and hot air leakage.

1. Multi dimensional compensation performance: It can simultaneously absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacements, with low precision requirements for pipeline installation, and is suitable for working conditions with large thermal deformation and strong equipment vibration.

4. Wide range of temperature resistance: The skin can be selected with different materials according to the working conditions, and can adapt to high temperature smoke and hot air. In corrosive working conditions, PTFE and fluororubber composite skin can be replaced.

5. Easy disassembly and maintenance: on-site docking and installation of flange bolts; The skin can be disassembled and replaced separately, resulting in low maintenance costs in the later stage.

6. Flexible customization of square shapes: The rectangular size can be customized according to the actual diameter of the pipeline, adapting to various square flue and air ducts.
