Product Overview
The NJ type low-speed contact backstop belongs to the wedge type heavy-duty backstop device, mainly suitable for low-speed operation of large angle belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors, screw feeders and other equipment. When the equipment is running in the forward direction, it can rotate freely. Once there is a trend of reverse sliding, the internal wedge components immediately engage and lock to prevent the shaft system from reversing, avoiding material backflow and equipment sliding accidents. It is widely used in heavy-duty low-speed working conditions such as mines, coal, thermal power plants, building materials and cement, and port bulk material transportation.

Structural Composition
1. Cast steel shell: High strength integral casting shell, with multiple sets of high-strength connecting bolts arranged on the flange surface. The chamber has good sealing and impact resistance, which can prevent dust and particles from entering the internal working area.

2. Stop arm (torque arm): an integrated casting stop arm with a stop pin shaft, which bears all the reverse reverse reverse torque and only serves as a limit fixing to restrict the rotation of the shell.

3. Inner ring shaft sleeve: a central mounting hole with keyway, directly fitted onto the output shaft and drum shaft of the reducer, rotating synchronously with the transmission shaft.

4. Wedge block reverse component: the core braking component, with multiple sets of heavy-duty wedges evenly distributed. When reversed, the wedges tighten the inner and outer rings to achieve reliable locking.

4. Easy installation and maintenance
The shaft hole is connected by a flat key, and the stop arm is only limited in position and does not allow rigid welding; Multiple specifications of shaft diameters and torque gears are available for selection. Lubrication uses grease lubrication, which reduces daily maintenance workload.

5. Sealed cavity protection
Closed structure, good dust prevention effect, suitable for dusty environments such as mines, power plants, cement plants, etc.

6. Unidirectional work attribute
Only allow the device to rotate in the specified direction, not suitable for devices that frequently rotate forward or backward.
