Product Overview
The G-type single screw pump belongs to the positive displacement rotary pump, which relies on the planetary rotation motion of the rotor (screw) in the stator to form a closed chamber and achieve continuous medium transportation. This pump can transport various media with high viscosity, solid particles, and fibers, with stable flow and low pressure pulsation. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical, food, municipal, and papermaking. This pump has a horizontal base integrated structure and is driven directly by a matching motor through a coupling.

Structural Composition
1.The whole machine is mainly composed of a drive motor, an elastic coupling, a pump body, a rotor, a stator, a universal joint assembly, a suction flange, a discharge flange, and a base.

2. Rotor: made of stainless steel material, with an external threaded spiral rod;

3. Stator: rubber lining, internally threaded rubber lining, with good wear resistance and sealing performance;

4. Universal joint components: transmit torque and compensate for eccentric motion of the rotor;

5. Import and export flanges: Stainless steel flanges can be selected to adapt to pipeline installation;

6. Base: The overall cast iron base has strong rigidity and is easy to fix and install the whole machine.

Installation And Usage Precautions
1. The installation of the pump must ensure that the base is level, and the weight of the pipeline cannot be directly pressed on the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump;

2. Before starting, it is necessary to add medium to the pump chamber and prohibit dry running to prevent damage to the stator rubber;

3. Hard large particles in the medium need to be filtered in advance to avoid scratching the rotor and stator;

4. Can be equipped with safety valves, pressure transmitters, and frequency converters to achieve pressure protection and flow regulation;

5. Regularly inspect the wear of universal joints and seals, and replace vulnerable parts of the stator and rotor as needed.
