Product Overview
This planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer is produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL and adopts the principle of cycloidal pinwheel meshing planetary transmission. It is a high speed ratio and high load bearing hard tooth surface reduction equipment. By relying on the multi-point meshing transmission structure of cycloidal gears and needle teeth, it replaces the traditional gear meshing form and has the advantages of overload resistance, impact resistance, and smooth operation. Structural Composition
1. The whole machine is mainly composed of input mechanism, cycloidal gear, needle gear housing, planetary carrier, output mechanism, base, lifting ring, and oil level component.

2. Input section: The eccentric shaft drives the cycloidal gear to perform planetary motion, with multiple teeth participating in meshing simultaneously;

3. Transmission core: Cycloid wheel, needle pin, needle sleeve, which are the meshing components of the deceleration core;

4. Output component: using a W mechanism to output, converting the planetary motion of the cycloidal gear into low-speed rotation of the output shaft;
