Product Overview
The composite tie rod compensator, also known as the composite large tie rod transverse expansion joint, consists of two sets of stainless steel corrugated pipes, a middle connecting pipe, a limit large tie rod, a universal joint plate, and two end connecting supports. Mainly used to absorb lateral displacement of pipelines, it can compensate for large lateral displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, and can withstand internal pressure thrust generated by medium pressure. It is widely used in thermal and chemical pipelines, suitable for compensating lateral displacement at bends and pipe sections, without absorbing axial displacement.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: Two sets of corrugated components made of 304/316L stainless steel, used as flexible compensation elements to achieve lateral deformation.

2. Intermediate connecting cylinder: Carbon steel cylinder, connecting two sets of corrugated pipes to withstand medium pressure.

3. Large pull rod components: multiple sets of high-strength pull rods, articulated universal joints, and adjusting nuts, bear all internal pressure and thrust of the pipeline, and prevent the corrugated pipe from being damaged by pressure and tension.

4. Two end support flange/welding port: can be welded and fixed to the process pipeline.

5. Limit adjustment nut: Comes with transport fixing bolts at the factory, can be removed after installation, and can adjust the compensation limit.

1. Absorbing large lateral displacement: By relying on the coordinated deflection of two sets of corrugated pipes, it can absorb large lateral displacement and is suitable for pipeline elbows and L-shaped pipe sections.

2. Equipped with internal pressure bearing thrust: The large pull rod structure fully balances the thrust generated by the medium pressure, and the fixed bracket does not need to bear huge blind plate forces, reducing the design cost of the bracket.

3. Cannot absorb axial displacement, only compensates for lateral and slight angular displacement. When selecting and designing, attention must be paid to pipeline layout.

4. Universal joint structure: The hinge point of the pull rod can rotate slightly to avoid the pull rod being stuck under force, and the corrugated tube is evenly stressed, extending its service life.

5. Overall steel structure protection: The cylinder, tie rod, and support are treated with anti-corrosion paint, suitable for outdoor and overhead pipelines.

6. Wide specification coverage, customizable from DN100 to DN3000, pressure rating PN0.6 to PN4.0 MPa.
